1. Service Scheduling and Adjustments
- Regular Schedule: We strive to maintain a consistent service schedule. However, there may be times when adjustments are necessary due to weather conditions, route efficiency, or other factors.
- Weather Policy: In case of inclement weather, services will be performed on the next possible day without refunds. The work will be doubled upon return, as it will take more time to complete.
- Notification: Customers will be notified in advance of any changes to their scheduled service day.
2. Payment Terms
- Recurring Services: A valid credit or debit card must be on file for recurring services. Payments will be collected at the beginning of each month for services provided during that month.
- One-Time Services: For one-time cleanings, a deposit is required to secure a spot on the schedule. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the service.
- Non-Payment: Non-payment may result in service suspension. Services will resume only after the outstanding balance is settled, without any discounts for missed visits.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Service Cancellation: Customers can cancel services at any time with a five-day written notice via email or post. Refunds will be provided for scoops not yet performed if the cancellation occurs mid-month.
- Service Pauses: Services can be paused for vacations or when pets are temporarily absent, provided sufficient notice is given. Prorating or pausing services will be accommodated accordingly.
4. Pet Safety and Aggressive Dogs
- Pet Safety: Customers must keep aggressive pets inside during service visits. Technicians will not enter properties if pets appear agitated or aggressive.
- Aggressive Pets: If a pet attacks a technician, authorities may be notified, and vaccination records will be required from the customer.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing excellent service. If you are not satisfied, please report any issues within 24 hours, and we will take corrective action promptly.
- Service Quality: The quality of service is our priority. Technicians may vary in speed, but this will not affect the quality of work performed.
6. Property Maintenance
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining their property in a condition that allows safe and efficient service. This includes keeping grass trimmed, ensuring proper drainage, and maintaining accessible gates.
- Common Issues: Service may be skipped or result in poor quality if the property has long grass, aggressive dogs, locked gates, or other obstacles.
7. Use of Photos and Videos
- Media for Marketing: Photos or videos may be taken during service for marketing purposes. Customers can opt out by notifying us if they prefer not to have media taken on their property.
- Security Cameras: Customers should not publish photos taken by security cameras as proof of non-service. Please contact us directly with any concerns.
8. Service and Price Guarantee
- Quality Assurance: We stand behind the quality and professional nature of our services. If any concerns arise, we will make every reasonable effort to address them and ensure your satisfaction.
- Price Adjustments: Service rates may change periodically. Customers will be notified in advance of any price adjustments.
9. Indemnification
- Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Poop Scooping and its representatives are not liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, or damages arising from the use of our services.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Poop Scooping and its representatives from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of our services.
10. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
11. Changes to Terms
- Modification: We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes in advance.
