How do you dispose of the waste?
We are committed to environmentally responsible waste disposal. *All waste is carefully double bagged placed in your street waste bin. We adhere to local regulations regarding pet waste disposal to ensure we’re not just cleaning your yard but also protecting our community.
*If you prefer that we remove the waste from your property, there is a waste disposal fee of $10 per visit.
Is there a contract required for your services?
No, we do not require a long-term contract. Our services are flexible to meet your needs, whether you’re looking for a one-time clean-up or regular maintenance. You can start, change, or cancel services at any time*, providing you with the flexibility you need.
*You can make changes to, reschedule, or even cancel your appointment up to 2 hours in advance of your scheduled service!
What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled service day?
We monitor the weather closely and strive to complete all scheduled services. In cases of severe weather (e.g., lightning, high winds), we may need to postpone services to ensure the safety of our staff and the quality of our work. We will communicate any changes to your service schedule as early as possible.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs with flexibility. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and serve all our clients effectively.
For those unexpected moments, cancellations or rescheduling can be made as late as 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Changes made after that time will incur a nominal fee to cover the scheduled time and resources allocated to your service. This fee ensures we can maintain the highest level of service and availability for all our valued clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy, designed to respect the time of both our clients and our dedicated team.
Do you work with gated yards or properties with dogs?
Yes, we do.
For the safety of your pets and our staff, we ask that you keep all pets secured during your scheduled appointment window.
For gated communities, please provide us with the gate key before time of service by emailing us info@justpoopscooping.com.
